The 365-night trial period begins on the date of delivery.

Yes. All mattresses purchased directly from BedStory.ca are eligible for our 365-night home trial, including items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes. A promotional or discounted price does not affect eligibility for the 365-night home trial.

If you decide the mattress isn't right for you at any time during the 365-night period, contact BedStory's customer service team to start the return process. They will guide you through the steps and arrange pickup.

Once the return request is approved, refund typically takes 5-7 business days back to your original payment method account

Original packaging is not required for mattress returns. Since mattresses expand after unboxing and cannot normally be recompressed into their original packaging, customers are not required to keep or reuse the original box.

To remain eligible for return under the 365-night home trial, the mattress must be kept in reasonable and sanitary condition and must be free from significant stains, damage, misuse, or abuse.

For eligible returns, BedStory will assist with arranging the return or pickup process.

For eligible mattress returns within the 365-night trial period, BedStory will arrange the return or pickup at no additional return shipping cost to the customer.
