That’s why we offer fast, free, and reliable shipping across Canada — so your new mattress arrives safely, conveniently, and ready to unfold your next sleep story.
Yes! We provide free shipping on all mattress orders within Canada (excluding certain remote areas).
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote areas may take 7–12 business days.
Each mattress is compressed, rolled, and sealed in a box for easy transport. Once unpacked, it may take up to 72 hours (and occasionally up to a week) to fully expand.
We work with trusted partners like FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
We currently deliver to most regions across Canada. Some remote locations (e.g., Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) may not qualify for free delivery. Our team will contact you if alternate arrangements are needed.
If your mattress arrives damaged or you notice missing items, please contact service@bedstory.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
