That’s why every purchase comes with a 365-night risk-free trial and our commitment to make returns simple, transparent, and worry-free.
If your BedStory product isn’t the right fit, we’ll help you find a solution or arrange a return — because your comfort is our priority.
You have 365 nights from the date of delivery to try your BedStory mattress.
We recommend using it for at least 30 nights before deciding, as your body may need time to adjust to a new sleep surface.
Simply contact our support team at service@bedstory.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of your concern
- Photos (if applicable)
Our team will guide you through the process and schedule a convenient pickup or donation option.
Yes — returns are free within the trial period for all eligible orders within Canada.
We’ll arrange the return and handle the logistics, so you don’t have to worry about repackaging.
Once your returned mattress has been confirmed for pickup or donation, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Yes. If you wish to try another model, our team will help process an exchange instead of a refund.
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party outlets.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper setup.
- Mattresses outside the 365-night trial period.
If your mattress arrives with visible damage or defects, please contact service@bedstory.com within 48 hours of delivery.
